Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Life Passion Works services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Services
Life Passion Works provides accounts payable management, bill pay, cash flow management, document organization, and related financial operations services for small to medium-sized businesses.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and ensuring timely approval of bills presented for payment.
Payment and Fees
Service fees are agreed upon at the time of engagement. Life Passion Works reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice to existing clients.
Limitation of Liability
Life Passion Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all client data will be returned or securely deleted per client instructions.
